    Fantastic mountain biking trails... Twisty, flowy with some steep sections as well as some cliff exposure. Great views from the top.

    A lovely place for hiking amidst the trees while visiting the island. If you've already walked helliwell provincial park. Much larger trail system than Helliwell.

    Amazing trails for all abilities and ages! Great maps and lots if name markers along trails. Good for biking, running, or hikes/walks. Nice views along the ridge although sketchy cliffs for smaller kids.
